CBD and medical cannabis are a rapidly expanding industry, with consumer demand growing exponentially. CBD oil is used in cooking, mixing cocktails, vaping, and as pain and anxiety relief by athletes and consumers alike. It is a space ready for innovation. Yet informative and educational CBD and Cannabis events are still rare. This is why we are organising the UK’s first one day accelerator program for startups, young brands, investors and representatives from retailers and corporations to meet, learn and facilitate business deals.
The “Cannabis and CBD Startup Accelerator’ will take place in the afternoon at Droga5’s offices at the newly opened WeWork Campus in Devonshire Square, ideally positioned between the City of London and Shoreditch.
The programme is structured around education, engagement and insight, encompassing legal advice on CBD and medical cannabis ranging from ‘how to buy and source legal, high quality CBD’ and ‘what health claims can be made’ to ‘consumer insight and trends in regards to CBD’.
